The short version

7-day refund on your first payment. Cancel any time; access stays until the end of the period you paid for.

Details

• You can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of paying. Write to [email protected] from the email you subscribed with.
• Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal and you will not be charged again.
• When a refund is made, access to the paid levels stops straight away.
• The payment platform's processing fee is not returned to us on refunds; we still refund you in full for the first payment.

How to cancel

Open your account page and use the link to manage your membership at Whop. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
